About This Project
One Arch exceeded the brief by o ffering 192 apartments, all north-south facing, without direct views onto each other. The apartments are fi tted with elevated gardens, vertical green walls, light wells and heat wells for cross ventilation and passive solar architectural design. The architecture uses locally available materials (stone, timber, basalt).
